North Texas-based Willard Heating and Air Is Positioned for Growth

For more than 15 years, the team at Willard Heating and Air Conditioning has been serving the Forney community, including neighboring cities like Rockwall, Heath, Mesquite and Terrell, by offering top-notch heating and air conditioning installation, maintenance, and service.

As a trusted and visible member of the community and industry alike, Randy Willard started the local business in April of 2007 as a springboard to bring a full-service HVAC company to his hometown of Forney, Texas, as well as enrich his local community through his dedication to causes that are near to his heart, such as supporting local schools and special needs children. “Forney was really growing at the time and our company succeeded in growing along with it. Over the years, we never lost sight of our dedication to quality service and community causes like Autism Speaks,” said Willard. “Autism awareness is a cause we keep close to our hearts, and we are honored to unite the community in support of our autistic friends and family.”

As part of their commitment to community and commerce, Willard Heating and Air Conditioning has actively engaged professional resources to help position their business for growth, including key management roles and service expansion to include plumbing services.

“We are thrilled to expand and offer our customers additional services through Willard, taking the locally owned business to the next level.  We are unbelievably proud of our spotless reputation that shows a qualified commitment to the greater community as an exceptional company that is well regarded for the quality of its HVAC services. Adding plumbing services is an excellent way to build on Willard’s strengths and commitment to service in a time that our industry is seeing explosive growth in both customer need and employment opportunities.” said Steve Gregory, General Manager, Willard Heating Cooling & Plumbing.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the job outlook for HVAC installers is expected to grow by about 14 percent between 2014 and 2024, which is much faster than the national average. Willard recently announced the hiring of Gregory as the new General manager to help launch the top-notch plumbing services as well as foster growth in heating and cooling services throughout the area. Willard will continue to operate under its local brand and retain its high-quality team of technicians and support staff.

“We know quite a lot about maintaining the highest levels of customer service and loyalty during unprecedented times. As we chart our future, I can honestly tell you that the best is yet to come,” said Willard.
